Our Curriculum Implementation- 'How We Do It'
Our Implementation is our pedagogy, what we do and how we teach our curriculum. This is what we do every day to ensure each child is making progress on their learning journey with us. We spend our time to get to know the child and gain knowledge of each individual child's baseline. Our curriculum is delivered through a balance of child-led, adult guidance experiences, in the moment activities and carefully planned learning opportunties. Practitioners use observations, assessments and children's interest to provide engaging experiences that build upon learning and support progress across all areas of the EYFS.
Our Curriculum Impact- 'How Has It Worked'
Our Impact is to review our learning process and to see what impact this has had on the children's development. Children leave Heron Day Nursery as confident, independent and enthusiastic learners. We are hiring one Nursery Practitioners for our busy team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and prioritises communication and engagement.
